Job summary

Doodle Labs is seeking a Solutions Engineer to support deployment success for unmanned systems and wireless networking integrations. You will work with robotics engineers, field operators, firmware teams, and customer programs to validate, troubleshoot, and optimize deployment of Doodle Labs radios.

In this role you will shape customer deployment workflows, contribute to field-driven product improvements, and support mission-critical deployments across drones and robotic platforms in the APAC

Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in wireless communications, RF networking, embedded systems, or robotic platform integration.
• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Robotics, or related technical field.
• Excellent communication skills and ability to translate technical concepts for customers.

Responsibilities

• Become a technical expert on Doodle Labs radios, firmware, and deployment architectures.
• Support customer integrations, platform testing, field evaluations, and troubleshooting across APAC.
• Test hardware/software against customer use cases including UAVs and unmanned systems.
• Develop repeatable validation workflows for firmware updates and new features.
• Analyze wireless performance, routing, throughput, and interference in real-world conditions.
• Maintain customer-facing technical documentation and configuration guides.
• Collaborate with engineering/firmware teams to provide structured product feedback.
• Deliver technical reports with deployment recommendations and known issues.
