Job summary

ByteDance's BytePlus team is seeking a passionate pre-sales professional to partner with Sales, tailor GenAI and data analytics solutions for Singapore and the SEA region, and guide customers through demos, architecture sessions, and workshops.

You will drive end-to-end POCs, contribute to solution roadmaps, and engage with executives to articulate business value and technical impact across BytePlus technologies.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, CS, or related field.
• At least 3 years in AI, data analytics, IT consulting, or pre-sales.
• Experience with GenAI, public cloud, or edge/CDN is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Sales to define GenAI and data analytics strategies and build customer cases in Singapore.
• Localize GenAI/data analytics solutions for SEA and develop differentiated offerings.

Responsibilities:

• Partner with our Sales team to define GenAI and data analytics solution strategies, and build success customer cases in the Singapore market.
• Localize GenAI and data analytics solutions for the SEA region, and develop solution differentiated offerings based on market needs.
• Apply technical expertise and sales acumen to lead the qualification process through demos, presentations, architecture design sessions, and technical workshops.
• Lead RFPs, RFIs, and hands-on POCs by owning the end-to-end process and ensuring optimal collaboration across stakeholders. Convert successful POCs into contracts.
• Serve as a trusted advisor internally and externally by providing thought leadership, industry knowledge, and deep understanding of BytePlus technologies.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across the Solutions, Product, Strategy, and R&D teams to influence the product roadmap based on market feedback from your region.
• Build and enhance tools and processes to help scale highly customized technical POCs.
• Present to C-suite, business, and technical stakeholders to raise awareness of ByteDance’s B2B brand across APAC, while clearly articulating both business and technical value.
• Upsell, cross-sell, and drive adoption of ByteDance solutions among existing customers.

Qualifications

Minimum Qualification(s):

• Bachelor’s degree or above in Engineering, Computer Science, or a relevant technical field.
• At least 3 years of relevant work experience in AI, data analytics, IT consulting, solutions, or pre-sales roles.

Preferred Qualification(s):

• Product experience in GenAI, Public Cloud, or Edge Network/CDN.
• Experience working with large enterprise clients across industries such as Retail, Media, Entertainment, and Gaming.
• Demonstrate strong strategic thinking and analytical skills, with the ability to articulate relevant past projects during technical interview rounds.
• Basic to advanced developer skills are a plus.
