Job summary

NTT SINGAPORE PTE. LTD. seeks an accomplished IT Delivery leader to drive end-to-end, multi-country banking and digital transformation programs.

The role covers governance, budgets, risk, and executive reporting, with a focus on core banking, payments, ISO 20022, SWIFT, and enterprise integration platforms. You will oversee cloud, integration, middleware, and AI initiatives while coordinating with business leaders, vendors, and regional delivery teams to deliver high-impact programs on time and

Qualifications

• 15+ years of IT Delivery, Program Management or Digital Transformation experience.
• Strong Banking & Financial Services background with Core Banking and Payments.
• Proven PMO Governance, Stakeholder and Vendor Management expertise.
• Hands-on with ISO 20022, SWIFT and Enterprise Integration Platforms.
• Cloud experience across AWS, Azure, GCP and modern architectures.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures preferred.
• Leadership, excellent communication, and executive stakeholder management.

Responsibilities

• Drive modernization initiatives involving Core Banking, Payment Systems, ISO 20022, SWIFT, and Enterprise Integration Platforms.
• Oversee solution delivery across cloud, integration, middleware, and AI technology domains.
• Collaborate with business leaders, architects, vendors, and delivery teams to ensure successful project execution.
• Lead enterprise integration initiatives leveraging APIs, middleware, and cloud platforms.
• Drive adoption of Generative AI, Agentic AI, and RAG-based solutions to enhance business processes and operational efficiency.
• Manage regional delivery teams and vendor partners while ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.

Requirements

• 15+ years of experience in IT Delivery, Program Management, or Digital Transformation.
• Strong experience in Banking and Financial Services, including Core Banking and Payment Transformation.
• Proven expertise in Program Delivery, PMO Governance, Stakeholder Management, and Vendor Management.
• Hands-on knowledge of ISO 20022, SWIFT Integration, Banking Channels, and Enterprise Integration Platforms.
• Experience with Cloud Technologies (AWS, Azure, GCP) and modern application architectures.
• Exposure to AI/ML, Generative AI, LLMs, Agentic AI, and RAG architectures is highly preferred.
• Strong leadership, communication, and executive stakeholder management skills.
