You will lead site surveys, validate designs against layouts and electrical codes, and supervise PV module, inverter, and cabling work with strict quality control. Formación

• Diploma in Electrical Engineering or equivalent.
• WSH Work at Heights certification preferred.
• 0–5 years in solar project execution or site engineering; fresh entrants welcome.
• Strong knowledge of PV systems, inverters, and electrical codes (NEC/IEC).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and PVsyst.
• Excellent communication and team coordination skills.

Responsabilidades

• Conduct site surveys, feasibility studies, shading and grid connection assessments.
• Validate designs to ensure alignment with layouts and electrical codes.
• Oversee installation of PV modules, inverters, and cabling with quality control.
• Enforce safety protocols and carry out risk assessments on site.
• Perform testing, commissioning, and troubleshoot system performance.
• Maintain daily progress logs and support project handover documentation.
