Financial Analyst

Responsibilities
  • Financial Modeling:
    • Develop and maintain comprehensive financial models for Distributed Generation solar projects.
    • Analyze financial data and provide insights to support decision-making processes.
  • Due Diligence:
    • Conduct thorough due diligence for project financing, ensuring accurate assessment of financial risks and opportunities.
    • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather relevant information and perform financial analysis.
  • M&A Activity:
    • Support M&A activities related to Distributed Generation solar projects.
    • Evaluate potential investment opportunities, perform financial analysis, and assist in deal structuring.
  • Data Analysis and Reporting:
    • Prepare and present financial reports to management, highlighting key performance indicators and financial trends.
    • Support strategic decision-making by providing timely and accurate financial information.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance or a related field is required.
  • MBA in Finance is highly desirable.
  • Experience in conducting due diligence for renewable project financing is mandatory.
  • Experience in creating and utilizing financial models for M&A activity, particularly in the Distributed Generation solar sector is mandatory.
