Job summary

Maestro Human Resource Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Senior Test Manager to define and execute comprehensive test strategies across SIT, system, integration, regression, UAT, performance and security testing. Responsibilities

• Define the overall test strategy, scope, approach, test phases, timelines, resources, tools, entry/exit criteria, and deliverables.
• Manage SIT, system testing, integration testing, regression testing, UAT support, performance testing, security testing, and other required test phases.
• Lead test leads, QA engineers, testers, vendors, and offshore teams; assign work and monitor progress.
• Ensure test scenarios, test cases, test scripts, test data, and requirements traceability are complete and properly reviewed.
• Oversee defect logging, prioritisation, triage, retesting, closure, and escalation of critical defects.
• Track execution progress, pass/fail rates, defect trends, coverage, blockers, and overall testing health.
• Work closely with Project Managers, Business Analysts, Developers, System Engineers, Product Owners, business users, vendors, and clients.
• Identify testing risks, dependencies, resource constraints, environment issues, and quality concerns, and establish mitigation plans.
• Prepare test dashboards, status reports, defect reports, test completion reports, and management updates.
• Assess whether testing has met exit criteria and provide a quality/risk assessment to support the Go/No-Go decision.
