ANTAS PTE. LTD. seeks a Software Testing Analyst experienced with Avaloq core banking systems to validate banking workflows and interfaces. You will design test scenarios from requirements, execute SIT/UAT/regression, and ensure data integrity across core banking modules.

Responsibilities include API testing with Postman, SQL data verification, and defect management in Jira/Azure DevOps. Collaboration with BAs, developers and ops is essential in Agile or Waterfall delivery.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering or a related discipline.
• Hands-on experience in Avaloq core banking application testing, implementation or production support.
• Banking and Financial Services domain knowledge, including transaction processing, account servicing, payment workflows and financial data validation.
• Practical experience in functional testing, SIT, UAT, regression, integration and end-to-end testing.
• Proficiency in SQL-based database testing, including SELECT queries, joins, data comparison and transaction validation.
• Experience in REST API testing using Postman or similar tools, including response validation and interface testing.
• Experience in test case design, test data preparation, defect lifecycle management and test execution reporting.
• Familiarity with Jira or Azure DevOps for defect tracking and test management.
• Exposure to test automation using Python, Playwright or equivalent frameworks.
• Experience testing system interfaces, batch processing, data migration or reconciliation processes.
• Understanding of Agile/Scrum and Waterfall software development and testing lifecycles.
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, documentation and stakeholder coordination skills.

We are seeking a Software Testing Analyst with hands-on experience in Avaloq core banking systems and Banking and Financial Services (BFSI) applications. The role focuses on validating core banking functionality, financial transactions, system interfaces, database integrity and end-to-end banking workflows.

Key Responsibilities

• Analyse functional specifications, business requirements and technical designs to develop test scenarios, test cases and traceability matrices.
• Execute functional, System Integration Testing (SIT), User Acceptance Testing (UAT), regression and end-to-end testing for Avaloq core banking applications.
• Validate core banking workflows covering account maintenance, customer data, deposits, payments, transaction processing and financial postings, where applicable.
• Perform REST API testing using Postman or similar tools to validate requests, responses, HTTP status codes, authentication and data mapping.
• Execute SQL queries to verify database records, transaction entries, data consistency and reconciliation results.
• Test interfaces between Avaloq and downstream or upstream banking systems, including transaction feeds, batch jobs and data exchange processes.
• Prepare test data, test scripts, expected results and execution evidence; maintain requirement-to-test traceability.
• Log, classify and track defects using Jira or Azure DevOps, perform retesting and coordinate defect resolution with development and business teams.
• Develop and maintain automated regression scripts using Python, Playwright or comparable testing frameworks, where applicable.
• Support release testing, deployment verification, production incident investigation and post-implementation validation.
• Collaborate with business analysts, developers, product owners and operations teams in Agile or Waterfall delivery environments.
