Job summary

Yokogawa seeks a skilled QA Engineer to design, develop, and maintain automated and manual tests for web and mobile products. You will work with cross-functional teams to derive test cases and ensure high-quality releases.

You will execute both automated and manual test plans, monitor the health of the automation suite, and contribute to test documentation. A strong foundation in Agile/Scrum and test tools is required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or Information Technology or related field.
• Minimum 3 years in manual and automation testing.
• Experience with automation frameworks (Selenium, Appium, TestNG).
• Strong manual testing skills across functional/UI/exploratory/regression.
• Experience with testing tools (Katalon, Postman, RestAssured, SOAPUI).
• Knowledge of test management tools (JIRA, TestRail).
• Familiarity with Agile/Scrum.
• Knowledge of performance/load testing (JMeter, LoadRunner) is a plus.

• Troubleshoot issues, identify root causes, and provide detailed bug reports to the development team.
• Update and maintain testing documentation, including test cases, test plans, and results.

Requirements

• 3+ years of experience in manual and automation testing
• Proficiency in automation frameworks like Selenium, Appium, TestNG, or similar.
• Strong experience in manual testing methodologies , including functional, UI, exploratory, and regression testing
• Experience with testing tools like Katalon, Postman, RestAssured, or SOAPUI.
• Knowledge of test management tools (e.g., JIRA, TestRail).
• Good understanding of Agile/Scrum methodologies
• Knowledge of performance and load testing tools like JMeter or LoadRunner is an advantage
