Job summary

Qualifications

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead the flow business, ensuring achievement of business targets and sustainable growth
• Develop and execute growth strategy and medium-term business plan in alignment with regional leadership, ensuring effective implementation and delivery of objectives
• Strengthen collaboration with regional sales teams and other business unit stakeholders to accelerate business development
• Drive project pursuit and opportunity management activities, enhancing prioritization, customer engagement, and conversion to maximize business results
• Utilize business intelligence tools and market data for opportunity analysis, pipeline management, trend tracking, and identification of key growth areas to support data‑driven decisions

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering or other related fields
• 5–10 years of relevant experience in business leadership, sales, or technical roles
• Technical expertise in flow measurement technology (e.g. Coriolis Flowmeters)
• Ability to conduct competitor analysis, market research, and translate insights into actionable strategies
• Ability to leverage business intelligence tools and market data for pipeline management and trend tracking
• Some sales and business analysis skills
