Job summary

ManpowerGroup is seeking an experienced Dynamics 365 CRM Developer to support and enhance CRM applications, design and implement CRs, and manage deployments across Dev, QA, UAT, and Prod environments.

The role requires 8+ years of Dynamics 365 CRM development and strong Power Platform skills, with prior government project experience. Excellent collaboration in Agile teams and documentation duties are expected.

Qualifications

• Bachelor-level computing/engineering or CS degree.
• Experience on government-related projects preferred.
• 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM development experience.
• Proficient in Power Platform stack (Power Apps, Power Automate, Dataverse, Power BI).
• Experience with REST API integrations and enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Support, maintain, and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement CRs and enhancements.
• Perform Dynamics 365 customizations based on business requirements.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and security models.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, APIs, integrations, and workflow extensions.

• Support production incidents, troubleshooting, and performance optimization.
• Manage deployments across environments (Dev, QA, UAT, Prod).
• Participate in Agile ceremonies (sprint planning, backlog, stand-ups, release planning).
• Create and maintain technical docs and deployment guides.

Job scope

• Support, maintain, and enhance Dynamics 365 CRM applications.
• Analyze, design, develop, test, and implement Change Requests (CRs) and system enhancements.
• Perform Dynamics 365 customizations based on evolving business requirements.
• Configure entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, business rules, and security models.
• Develop and maintain custom plugins, APIs, integrations, and workflow extensions.
• Design and implement Power Apps, Power Automate solutions, and Power BI reports.
• Support production incidents, troubleshooting, defect resolution, and system performance optimization.
• Perform impact analysis and effort estimation for enhancement requests.
• Manage deployments across Development, QA, UAT, and Production environments.
• Participate in Agile ceremonies including sprint planning, backlog refinement, daily stand-ups, and release planning
• Create and maintain technical documentation, deployment guides, and system integration documentation.
  Ensure compliance with security, accessibility, and public-sector technology standards.

Job requirements

• Possess a Bachelor of Computing / Bachelors of Engineering or Computer Science related fields
• Possess prior experience in government related projects
• Possess minimum of experience in 8+ years of Microsoft Dynamics 365 CRM Development experience
• Proficient in the following
  -Power Apps (Model-Driven & Canvas Apps)
  - Power Automate Dataverse
  - Power BI
  - Experience with REST API integrations and enterprise system integrations
  - Azure Functions
  - Logic Apps
  - Service Bus
  - Microsoft Graph API
  - Knowledge of SQL Server and relational database design.
• Proficient in in Dynamics 365 CRM customization, configuration, and development.
• Proficient in .NET Development experience using C#, ASP.NET, and related Microsoft technologies.
• Experience with Azure DevOps, Git, CI/CD pipelines, and solution deployments.
• Proficient in troubleshooting, production support, and application maintenance experience.
• Possess certifications for the following
  - Microsoft Dynamics 365
  - Microsoft Power Platform
  - Microsoft Azure
