You will work on challenging technical problems with real-world impact as part of a high-caliber team of technology and investment professionals. Our roles offer substantial ownership from an early stage and exposure to a wide range of problems across technology, markets, and the operations of a quantitative investment firm.

What we are Looking For

We seek talented individuals with strong analytical and technical abilities and a genuine interest in solving difficult problems. Candidates should have a strong foundation in a technical discipline, and be comfortable approaching unfamiliar problems rigorously and independently. We value people who are curious, practical, and interested in using technology to build robust solutions. Candidates should be strong communicators and collaborative team players, with meticulous attention to detail, a self-directed approach to learning, and a strong work ethic. Candidates should have an expected graduation date by mid-2027 and be willing to work in Singapore on a permanent basis following graduation.

Application Process

Interviews will be conducted on a rolling basis, with shortlisted candidates invited for a paid three-week assessment in Dec 2026, Feb 2027, or May 2027. Following the assessment period, successful candidates will be offered a full-time position upon graduation.
