Job summary

talentsis pte. ltd. is seeking a software professional to guide the team in Scrum processes and build robust software systems that meet user needs.

You will engage with users, develop efficient programmes, and support ongoing improvements across configurations and deployments. The role requires hands-on development with ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git, with DevOps knowledge viewed as a plus.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of relevant software development experience.
• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies and Scrum.
• Experience with ReactJS, NodeJS, MongoDB, Flutter, JavaScript/TypeScript, FeatherJS, Java, Spring Boot, and Git.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices is an added advantage.
• Hands-on software development experience with a strong interest in programming.
• Ability and willingness to learn new programming languages, frameworks, and technologies.
• Self-motivated and able to work independently.
• Good communication, technical documentation, and interpersonal skills.

Responsibilities

• Support the Lead in guiding the team on Scrum processes and tasks, while engaging with users and customers.
• Develop efficient software programmes and systems that meet user requirements.
• Support software enhancements, system configurations, and ongoing system improvements.
• Design, develop, test, and maintain well-structured and efficient code in accordance with Software Quality Assurance standards.
• Produce technical specifications and assess operational feasibility.
• Integrate software components into fully functional software systems.
• Document and maintain software functionality and technical processes.
• Troubleshoot, debug, maintain, and upgrade existing systems.
• Automate tasks using appropriate tools, frameworks, and scripting.
• Perform software validation and verification testing.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and External System Integration Testing.
• Deploy software applications and evaluate user feedback to identify areas for improvement.
