Google Inc. is seeking software engineers to design and scale content safety systems, classifiers, and multimodal models that protect key Google products. Work spans server-side and on-device environments with a focus on throughput and reliability.

You will train and productionize models, implement advanced threat-detection heuristics, and contribute to agile efforts to counter abuse patterns in a rapidly evolving landscape.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of software programming experience in Python, Java, or C++.
• 1 year of experience in a core ML domain such as NLP, computer vision, or ML infrastructure.
• 1 year of experience with ML infrastructure (training, inference, deployment, evaluation, data processing, debugging).

Responsabilités

• Design, build, and scale content safety systems including classifiers, vector databases, and multimodal models.
• Develop and maintain production-grade distributed systems and content processing pipelines.
• Train, evaluate, and productionize models with feedback loops to improve quality and performance.
• Implement agentic workflows and advanced heuristics for deep threat understanding.
• Drive agile engineering to identify and mitigate novel abuse patterns across products.
