Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or equivalent.
• Formal training and certification in software engineering with 3+ years of applied experience.
• Expertise in at least one technology stack for designing, coding, testing, and delivering software.
• Proficiency in one or more technology domains to solve complex problems.
• Excellent debugging and troubleshooting skills.
• Experience as Site Reliability Engineer, DevOps, or Software Engineer.

Responsibilities

• Design, code, test, and deliver software to automate manual operations.
• Troubleshoot incidents and ensure permanent closure.
• Collaborate with the development team to build reliable, scalable software.
• Identify patterns and analytics to support service level objectives.
• Design self-healing and resiliency patterns.
• Plan automated upgrades, change management, and releases.
• Perform changes to deploy applications to target environments.
• Participate in 24x7 support as needed.
