Job summary

CSIT in Singapore is seeking talented Software Engineers to build cloud-native HR products spanning recruitment to career development. You will craft cloud-native web apps and integrations that improve employee experience and workforce productivity.

Join agile teams, write high-quality code, build APIs, and contribute to observability, documentation, and knowledge sharing. Familiarity with Spring Boot, React, Python, and enterprise databases is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or equivalent.
• Strong fundamentals in data structures, software design, and databases.
• Experience with Spring Boot, React, and Python for web development.
• Experience with MSSQL and MongoDB databases; familiarity with Elasticsearch.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop full-stack web apps using modern tooling.
• Build reliable APIs and enterprise integrations.
• Deliver high-quality, maintainable code.
• Write ADRs and RFCs documentation.
• Create CI/CD pipelines and observability via logging and metrics.
• Participate in peer reviews, user engagement, and issue resolution.
• Share knowledge through internal tech blogs and sessions.
