Qualifications

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.
• Strong understanding of software engineering fundamentals including data structures and design principles.
• Experience with Spring Boot, React and Python for web applications.
• Proficiency with relational databases (MSSQL) and NoSQL databases (MongoDB).
• Familiarity with search and observability tools (Elasticsearch, OpenTelemetry).
• Experience or interest in AI/LLM integrations and enterprise systems such as SAP is a plus.

We are looking for talented Software Engineers to build digital products to enhance organizational effectiveness and drive workforce productivity. You will be part of product team building budget-to-pay digital products to streamline finance and procurement workflows, with opportunities to incorporate AI-enabled features. Your mission is to build robust, scalable enterprise applications where accuracy, data integrity, security, and precision are the top priorities.

Our product teams build cloud-native web applications that integrate with enterprise systems of record and other business applications. Our teams adopt an agile delivery approach, with a strong focus on building user-centric digital products that address real business needs.

• Design and build full-stack applications using AI coding tools and hands-on development.
• Build reliable APIs and integrations that connect digital products to enterprise systems.
• Deliver high-quality, and maintainable code.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to translate business requirements into scalable and reliable technical solutions
• Author and maintain technical documentation (e.g. ADRs and RFCs).
• Build CI/CD pipelines and ensure application observability through logging, metrics and monitoring.
• Actively contribute to iterative sprint cycles by participating in peer code reviews, engaging with users, and proactively resolving issues.
• Contribute to the technical community by sharing best practices, publishing internal tech blogs and leading knowledge-sharing sessions

• Background in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems, or a related field.

• Familiarity with modern web application development using technologies such as Spring Boot, React, Python.
• Familiarity with relational databases (e.g. MSSQL), and NoSQL databases (e.g. MongoDB).
• Familiarity with Search Engine (e.g. Elasticsearch).
• Familiarity with Observability tooling and frameworks (e.g. OpenTelemetry).
• Experience in integrating LLM and Agentic AI capabilities is a plus.
• Knowledge of SAP or similar enterprise systems of record is an added advantage, particularly in building integrations with bespoke or custom applications.
