Job summary

ENTIIS PTE. LTD. invites a software engineer to design, implement, and support mission-critical solutions that drive digital transformation.

You will collaborate with clients and vendors to build innovative applications, optimize systems, and solve complex technical challenges. We seek 2–3+ years of hands-on experience, a degree in CS/Software Eng, and a passion for open-source technologies. You will work remotely and on client sites, contributing to API development, data modeling, and platform

Qualifications

• Minimum 2–3 years of experience as a software engineer, system administrator, DevOps engineer, technical consultant, or architect.
• Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or related engineering discipline.
• Strong programming fundamentals with excellent design and coding practices.
• Excellent problem analysis, cross-team communication, and coordination skills.
• Proficient in business abstraction and architecture design, familiar with design patterns and industry technology trends.
• Passion for open-source technology and proficiency in at least one programming language such as Java or Go.
• Hands-on experience building and operating distributed systems, Elasticsearch, Big Data, stream processing, or enterprise data integration solutions.
• Experience operating Linux systems (Red…<...>)
• Experience with on-premises systems and/or public/private cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, GCP, or OpenStack.
• Good understanding of databases, application security, and information retrieval/analytics.
• Knowledge of microservices and container platforms like Docker, Kubernetes, OpenShift, and cloud technologies is advantageous.
• Strong communication skills in English with the ability to clearly explain complex issues and solutions.
• Comfortable working remotely and/or at client premises.
• Self-motivated, independent, and eager to learn.
