Job summary

Newgen Software in Singapore is seeking an experienced software engineer to oversee the development and installation of reliable software solutions. You will participate in design, coding, testing, and deployment to ensure quality and security.

Strong experience with REST/SOAP API integration, web app security, and familiarity with the Newgen product suite is required. Collaboration across teams and AWS deployment experience are a plus.

Qualifications

• Experience across the software development lifecycle.
• Hands-on with REST/SOAP APIs and web services.
• Familiarity with BPM concepts and Newgen product suite.
• Knowledge of DevOps practices and AWS advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Engage in all phases of SDLC from design to maintenance.
• Prepare documents: diagrams, specs, deployment guides.
• Develop and deploy solutions meeting system requirements and standards.
• Participate in testing, troubleshooting, and performance tuning.
• Document solutions with flowcharts and annotated code.
