Job summary

DCI Consultants Private Limited in Singapore is seeking a Software Engineer to support the development, testing, deployment, and maintenance of Video Surveillance System (VSS) client applications.

You will develop thick client apps using C# and WPF, design MSSQL databases, run test plans, and assist SIT, OSAT, and production deployments.

Candidates should have a degree in CS/SE and be comfortable working onsite at client sites in Singapore.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in CS/related field.
• Enterprise or mission-critical systems experience.
• Strong C# and WPF development skills.
• MSSQL database design, optimization, and troubleshooting.
• Experience with testing methodologies and documentation.
• Willingness to work onsite and at customer sites.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain thick client applications and APIs.
• Design, develop, and optimize MSSQL databases.
• Prepare, execute, and review test plans, test cases, and test reports.
• Support SIT, OSAT, and production deployment activities.
• Configure and prepare project laptops and workstations for testing and production environments.
• Troubleshoot software, database, and system integration issues.
• Prepare technical documentation and authority sign-off documentation.
• Develop and enhance VSS client functionalities, including: Customized Alarm Manager; Authorization and Live View Preset Views.
• Collaborate with project teams, stakeholders, and onsite personnel to ensure successful project delivery.
