Job summary

NCS is seeking passionate C/C++ Software Engineers to join the Video Management System team in Singapore. You will contribute to implementing and maintaining microservices for large-scale ingestion, storage, and presentation of media from diverse sources.

The role emphasizes hands-on coding, performance testing, and deploying solutions with Kubernetes and Docker, collaborating with VITG and cross-functional teams.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Electrical/Computer Engineering or equivalent.
• 1 year of software industry experience.
• Proficient in C/C++ and common libraries.
• Familiar with Linux environment.
• Familiar with git, CMake and Docker.
• Strong interpersonal and teamwork skills.

Responsibilities

• Use C/C++ to implement, optimize and integrate device integration services.
• Perform performance tests and benchmarks.
• Deliver scalable solutions using Kubernetes and Docker technologies
• Debug and maintain Video Management System services
• Collaborate closely with team members, and with colleagues from other VITG teams
• Propose designs and changes to meet new requirements or solve new problems
