Job summary

Manpower Singapore is seeking a software support specialist focused on C++ or C# platforms. You will perform incremental improvements, analyze issues, and implement solutions within our machine applications.

Responsibilities include testing releases, collaborating with R&D/CIT projects, maintaining documentation, and occasional on-site visits to customer sites, with travel required.

Qualifications

• 0-3 years in automation / equipment industries.
• Significant practical experience in software engineering and testing (embedded software and HMI environment).
• Experience with agile software development processes, quality control and test driven development.
• Proficiency in C/C++ using Microsoft Visual Studio 6.0 and knowledge of C and C++. Able to consider candidates from C# background.
• Knowledge of UML and state machines; State Transition Diagrams.
• Experience with version control in Mercurial / GIT is good to have.
• Experience with SECS/GEM is good to have.
