Flexxon is seeking a hands-on Software Engineer to design and build in-house desktop and web AI-enabled solutions in Singapore. You will work with project managers and the R&D team to translate business requirements into robust software and AI-powered applications.

Responsibilities include full‑cycle development, frontend UI/UX and backend API work, ML model integration, and collaboration across teams to ensure quality and continuous improvement.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Develop, integrate, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent features into production systems.
• Participate in requirements analysis, architecture design, and project planning with cross-functional R&D teams.
• Maintain, optimize, and refactor existing codebases and software components.
• Produce clean, well-documented code adhering to industry standards and best practices.
• Collaborate effectively across teams with a focus on problem-solving, quality, and continuous improvement.

To support the continued development of our cybersecurity technologies, we are looking for a Software Engineer to join our R&D team.
In this role, we are looking for a hands‑on, experienced software engineer to design and build in‑house products and intelligent solutions. You will work closely with project managers, team lead, other team members and stakeholders to translate business requirements into robust software and AI-powered applications.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and develop desktop applications, RESTful web APIs, and AI-enabled software solutions
• Develop, integrate, and deploy machine learning models and intelligent features into production systems
• Participate in requirements analysis, architecture design, and project planning with cross-functional R&D teams
• Maintain, optimize, and refactor existing codebases and software components
• Produce clean, well-documented code adhering to industry standards and best practices
• Collaborate effectively across teams with a focus on problem-solving, quality, and continuous improvement

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Information Technology, or a related field
• Proven experience or strong knowledge in full‑cycle application, frontend UI/UX and backend API development
• Knowledge and experience in AI/ML modeling and integrating AI models into software applications
• Strong knowledge of database design, query optimization, and system integration (APIs, SDKs, services)
• Familiarity with Agile methodologies; experience with Cloud Platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP) is a plus

• Frameworks : ASP.NET Core, Node.js, Qt/QML
• AI / ML: PyTorch / TensorFlow, Scikit-learn, LLM integration, etc
• Web : RESTful APIs, ASP.NET Web framework, OpenID
• Data: MS SQL, MySQL, SQLite, PostgreSQL, NoSQL (e.g., MongoDB)
• Tools & Environment: Git, Docker, Drone CI
