Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, a similar technical field, or equivalent practical experience.
• 1 year of experience with software development in one or more programming languages (e.g., C++, Java, Python or Go).
• 1 year of experience with data structures and algorithms.
• 1 year of experience with back-end development.
• Experience with two or more from: web app development, Unix/Linux, mobile development, distributed systems, networking, large software systems, or security software development.

Responsibilities

• Dive deep into complex, high-throughput advertising systems and codebases to drive performance improvements across real-time serving stacks and offline data pipelines.
• Contribute to design of new features and system enhancements with ownership of implementation, testing, and deployment to production systems.
• Diagnose and resolve critical technical issues and bottlenecks to ensure reliability and data integrity for users and partners.
• Develop and scale next-generation advertising solutions balancing performance with privacy standards to increase ROI and platform growth.
• Leverage back-end technologies and infrastructure, including C++ for low-latency systems and tools like Flume, F1, and GoogleSQL for large-scale analysis.
