Job summary

Google in Singapore is seeking software engineers to work on next-generation advertising and infrastructure. You will join cross-functional teams and own components end-to-end, from design to deployment, tackling high-throughput back-end systems and data pipelines.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in CS or equivalent practical experience.
1 year of software development in at least one language.
1 year of data structures and algorithms experience.
1 year of back-end development experience.
Experience with two or more areas from web app development, Unix/Linux, mobile, distributed systems, networking, large software systems, or security software.

Responsibilities

Dive deep into high-throughput advertising systems and codebases to drive performance improvements.
Design new features and take ownership of implementation, testing, and deployment to production.
Diagnose and resolve critical issues ensuring high reliability and data integrity.
Develop scalable advertising solutions balancing performance with privacy standards.
Leverage back-end technologies and data tools for large-scale analysis and storage.
