You will design and build scalable web-based applications while mentoring junior engineers. Qualifications

• 3+ years of experience in software engineering, familiar with full stack web application.
• Good knowledge of software architecture design patterns.
• Able to communicate technical details effectively and clearly.
• Good interpersonal, analytical and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop internal flagship data analytics systems, applications and APIs.
• Work with product managers and engineering managers to deliver impactful solutions.
• Manage enterprise system performance, reliability and sustainability.
• Explore emerging technologies and deliver proof-of-concepts.
• Build and experiment with Agentic AI systems.
• Lead technical discussions with the team.
• Mentor junior software engineers.
