Job summary

ALTROCKS TECH PTE. LTD. in Singapore seeks a Java Developer with 3+ years of experience to deliver scalable web applications using Java/J2EE, .NET, and modern frameworks. You will work with RDMS like Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL, and MongoDB, and contribute across frontend and backend stacks with RESTful APIs.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years work experience as a Java Developer.
• Proven experience with Java/J2EE and .NET.
• Extensive experience with Java frameworks/SDKs for front end or backend.
• Strong Java with RDMS like Oracle, MSSQL, MySQL or MongoDB.
• Understanding of development methodologies and testing practices.
• Familiarity with APIs and architecture styles (REST, RPC, MVC, Hibernate).
• Experience with client/server scripting (JavaScript, Angular.js, Knockout.js, Node.js, React.js).
• Knowledge of web security standards and browser compatibility.

Job description

Minimum 3 years work experience with the following languages and tools:

• Proven experience as a Java Developer
• Good working knowledge in on Java/J2EE, .Net
• Extensive experience with Java framework/SDK, front end or backend development.
• Strong Java development experience with RDMS like oracle or MSSQL , or my sql, mongoDB
• Good understanding of development methodologies, testing practices, and tools and knowing when to apply each method to achieve the desired outcomes
• Familiarity with architecture styles/APIs (REST, RPC, API, MVC, hibernate)
• Client/Server scripting framework (Javascript, angular.js, knockout.js, node.js, React js)
• Knowledge of security standards and techniques for web applications
• Understand browser-specific compatibility issues
• Expertise in the design, implementation, and deployment of user-centric software, with focus on usability
