Job summary

AMBRELLA PTE. LTD. is seeking a software developer to design and build scalable applications. You will work across a modern stack including Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, and C++, contributing to both backend and frontend components.

You will design and maintain databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL Server, MongoDB), implement RESTful APIs, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure timely, high-quality deliverables. Experience with cloud platforms is preferred.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Software Engineering, or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience in software development or a related technical role.

Responsibilities

• Develop software applications using Java, Python, JavaScript/TypeScript, C#, or C++ as per stack requirements.
• Design, implement, and maintain databases (MySQL, PostgreSQL, MS SQL Server, MongoDB) to support functionality.
• Use Git for version control and collaborate with teammates.
• Apply software development principles, data structures, algorithms, APIs, and database concepts.
• Develop and maintain web applications and RESTful APIs to enhance features and UX.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver on time and meet quality standards.
• Analyze, troubleshoot, and resolve defects to ensure reliability.
• Communicate progress and gather requirements with stakeholders.
• Adapt to new technologies and contribute across multiple projects.
