Job summary

APBA TG HUMAN RESOURCE PTE. LTD. is seeking an experienced IT Project Leader to oversee the planning and execution of large software initiatives. You will manage budgets, hiring, vendor and partner alignment, and ensure delivery on time and within scope.

You will lead cross-functional teams across locations, monitor progress, and mentor developers through the full software development life cycle, from requirements to release and documentation.

Qualifications

• Degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Oversees planning and execution of systems projects including budgeting, hiring, and vendor coordination.
• Manage software projects within scope, quality, time, and cost to meet customer expectations.
• Develop and manages work plans with software engineering teams to ensure timely delivery within budget.
• Coordinate cross-functional teams across locations.
• Monitor and report software development progress and status.
• Manage customer relations and align partners, vendors, and subcontractors to project goals.
• Motivate team members and resolve conflicts for productive environments.
• Train and mentor software developers throughout the lifecycle.
