Job summary

SBS Transit Ltd seeks an experienced Applications Team Lead / Project Manager to oversee a portfolio of applications and projects. You will balance project delivery, team leadership, stakeholder engagement, and technology knowledge to modernise delivery practices.

You will guide cross-functional teams, collaborate with business stakeholders, and ensure solutions are stable, secure and fit for business needs while driving continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Degree or diploma in computer science, information technology, software engineering or related discipline.
• PM certification (PMP/PRINCE2) preferred.
• Hands-on delivery experience and strong leadership for project delivery.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of application projects from initiation to post-implementation support.
• Establish scope, plans, schedules, budgets, resources and success metrics.
• Manage risks, issues, dependencies and decisions, ensuring timely resolutions.
