Job summary

National Healthcare Group Polyclinics is seeking a Social Work Assistant to support medical social workers by screening referrals, collecting basic biodata and social information, and conducting preliminary intake assessments.

You will assist with simple casework and field visits, perform admin duties such as data entry and database upkeep, and participate in various projects to improve client services.

What you’ll do as a Social Work Assistant!

Preferred Qualification!
