Job summary

Responsibilities

• Provide frontline service to man the outpatient clinics counters.
• Attend to clinic patients’ and their families’ enquiries.
• Administer welfare schemes.
• Conduct financial assessment interviews.
• Support MSWs to provide casework follow-up.
• Make home visits, escort patients on errands.
• Arrange employment opportunities for patients.
• Provide administrative support for statistics.
• Handle reception and other office clerical duties.
