Montfort Care in Singapore seeks a Social Work Associate to support the delivery of social services across diverse settings. You will work with Social Workers to coordinate cases, implement programmes, and engage communities, ensuring clients receive appropriate support and programme objectives are met.

The role involves planning casework, coordinating outreach events, collecting data, and providing administrative logistics support to keep programmes running smoothly.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Social Sciences, preferably Social Work.
• Candidates from other disciplines may also be considered.

Responsibilities

• Assist in planning and executing casework, groupwork, and community development programmes.
• Support community outreach activities and events.
• Collect data and assist in preparing programme reports and evaluations.
• Provide administrative support for programme logistics and documentation.
• Coordinate stakeholder engagements involving team members, clients, and external partners.

• Foster and maintain positive relationships with stakeholders and community partners.
• Establish and maintain links with relevant agencies to ensure programme relevance and resource alignment.
• Undertake additional responsibilities as assigned to support team and organisational needs.

Job Description

The Social Work Associate supports the delivery of social services within diverse practice settings. Working closely with Social Workers, the Social Work Associate contributes to case coordination, programme implementation, and community engagement efforts. This role ensures that clients receive appropriate support and that programme objectives are effectively met.
