You will collaborate with operations, talent, and editors to ensure output aligns with brand identity, analyze metrics to optimize strategy, and explore new formats to boost competitiveness in fast-paced environments.

Qualifications

• Bilingual (Chinese and English) with ability to create bilingual scripts.
• 2+ years in short-form video content creation, directing, or related fields with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in short-form storytelling, cinematography, pacing, and music; strong creative instincts.

1. Independently oversee the creative conception, scriptwriting, shooting direction, and post-production editing/publishing of short-form video content.
2. Stay abreast of short-form video platform trends and plan high-potential content themes and series.
3. Manage the entire workflow of short-form video projects, including resource coordination, timeline control, and quality review.
4. Analyze short-form video content metrics (views, engagement, conversion, etc.) and continuously optimize content strategy and production methods.
5. Collaborate closely with operations teams, on-camera talent, and editors to ensure efficient content output aligned with brand identity.
6. Explore new video formats, techniques, or collaboration models to enhance content competitiveness.

Requirement:

1. Proficient in both Chinese (Mandarin) and English, with the ability to proficiently create bilingual scripts and communicate effectively.
2. Minimum 2 years of experience in short-form video content creation, directing, or related fields. A strong portfolio or proven success cases are required.
3. Mastery of short-form video storytelling techniques, with a deep understanding of cinematography, pacing, music, and pop culture.
4. Proficient in at least one mainstream video editing software (e.g., CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Jianying).
5. Excellent content data analysis and summarization skills, with a results-driven mindset.
6. Dynamic and highly creative, able to thrive in a fast-paced content production environment. Possesses strong team leadership and collaborative spirit.
