Job summary

Oneness Holdings is seeking a Social Media Executive to strengthen the company's and subsidiaries' social media presence through strategic content planning and audience engagement. Over time, the role will expand to managing external clients and developing social media strategies aligned with branding and business objectives.

Initially, you will focus on internal channels, coordinate across platforms, and measure performance to drive growth while developing leadership for future team oversight.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or related field.
• 1–3 years of experience in social media or digital marketing.
• Strong knowledge of social media strategy, content marketing, and audience engagement.
• Proficient in Canva and CapCut for content creation.
• Experience in client management is an advantage.
• Creative, analytical, and results-oriented with strong communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute social media strategies across Facebook, Instagram, RedNote, TikTok, and LinkedIn.
• Manage content calendars, content creation, and publishing schedules.
• Develop engaging content, including short-form videos, visuals, and copywriting.
• Monitor metrics, audience engagement, and content performance.
• Collaborate with internal teams to align content with brand and marketing objectives.
• Manage accounts and campaigns for external clients.
• Develop platform-specific content strategies based on client brands.
• Analyze and optimize campaign performance; prepare performance reports.
