Job summary

Iris Singapore, part of the Cheil family, invites applications for the Social Media Operations Executive role. You will support Samsung’s global social media operations, focusing on content validation, coordination, and community management with KOLs across major platforms.

The ideal candidate is highly organized, detail-oriented, and thrives in fast-paced cross-functional workflows, serving as the primary liaison with stakeholders to ensure accurate communication and efficient delivery.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Marketing, Communications, Media or related fields.
• Min. 2 years of experience in social media, community management, or account management roles.
• Strong written communication and tone awareness.
• Familiarity with Instagram features and best practices.
• Highly organized with detail-heavy processes.
• Interest in mobile photography or tech brands is a plus.
• Hands-on experience with social media management and analytics platforms.
• Korean language ability (spoken and written) is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end content requests from local markets and creators, ensuring alignment with brand and platform requirements.
• Coordinate with HQ and internal teams to ensure seamless content workflows and minimize gaps.
• Track workflow statuses across touchpoints for timely delivery and reporting.
• Review and validate content for brand alignment, platform suitability, compliance and quality.
• Identify KOL content opportunities and engage with communities.
• Catalogue assets for efficient retrieval, reporting, and reuse.
• Maintain meticulous attention to prevent content inaccuracies or mismanagement.
• Write and adapt social media copy in line with brand voice and best practices.
• Publish and schedule content with accuracy and timeliness.
• Monitor conversations and support crisis management by flagging risks.
