MAXIUS TRADING PTE. LTD. seeks a motivated intern to support iTea Singapore social media activities. You will assist in planning, creating, and publishing content across Instagram, TikTok, and Xiaohongshu while tracking trends and campaign performance.

• Assist with social media content planning and daily management for iTea Singapore across platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Xiaohongshu).
• Participate in content ideation and execution for campaigns including product launches and store openings.
• Assist in developing content topics, captions, and briefs based on platform characteristics.
• Coordinate photoshoots, design, and publishing schedules to ensure timely content delivery.
• Identify and support KOLs/KOC collaborations and monitor trends across SEA.

Job description

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Content Planning & Management

• Assist with social media content planning and daily management for iTea Singapore across platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (RED).
• Participate in content ideation and execution for campaigns including new product launches, festive campaigns, brand anniversaries and new store openings.
• Assist in developing content topics, Content Briefs, Captions and basic copywriting based on the characteristics of different social media platforms.

2. Content Creation & Project Execution

• Participate in social media content brainstorming and explore suitable formats for iTea, including short-form videos, static content, carousels and UGC.
• Assist in coordinating photoshoots, design, content production and publishing schedules to ensure content is delivered on time.
• Independently handle basic research, competitor content analysis and project progress tracking.

3. KOL / KOC & UGC Collaboration

• Assist in identifying and shortlisting KOLs, KOCs and Content Creators who are aligned with iTea's brand image and target audience.
• Support influencer outreach, briefing, communication, content review and publication follow-up.
• Curate and organise quality UGC content to support future brand communication and content development.

4. Trend & Industry Insights

• Stay updated on trends across bubble tea, F&B, lifestyle, youth consumer behaviour and social media.
• Monitor trending content formats, platform developments and competitor activities in Singapore and Southeast Asia.
• Translate relevant trends and market insights into content ideas and marketing opportunities for iTea.

5. Data & Consumer Feedback

• Assist in tracking basic social media performance metrics such as Reach, Engagement and Views.
• Regularly compile and highlight high-performing content and successful campaign examples.
• Monitor comments and consumer feedback, promptly flag potential PR or sensitive issues, and assist in organising feedback for internal review.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, preferably in Marketing, Advertising, Communications, Journalism, New Media, Chinese, English or related fields.
• Available for a stable internship commitment of 3–5 days per week.
• Candidates who can commit to an internship period of at least 3 months will be preferred.
• Familiar with major social media platforms such as Instagram, TikTok and Xiaohongshu (RED), with a strong awareness of content trends and social media developments.
• Strong understanding of social media culture, good aesthetic sense and sound content judgement.
• Able to quickly understand the different content formats, algorithms and audience behaviours across various platforms.
• Basic copywriting skills, with the ability to assist in preparing Captions, Content Briefs and campaign communication copy.
