Ippudo Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a part-time Social Media and Marketing Intern to support our Singapore operations.

Responsibilities include managing Facebook and Instagram content, performing market trend research, producing weekly and monthly reports, curating engaging posts, and assisting with store event coverage. The role requires a relevant diploma/degree, MS Office proficiency, strong written and verbal communication, and a keen interest in marketing.

Formación

• Relevant Diploma/Degree preferred.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Experience with social media platforms and content creation.
• Good interpersonal skills and a positive attitude.
• Keen interest in Marketing, especially F&B trends.

Responsabilidades

• Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram; respond, create and post).
• Market trend research and competitor analysis.
• Prepare reports weekly, monthly and presentations summarizing findings.
• Content Curation for posts, reels, and IG formats with captions.
• Submit final artwork and captions at least 5 working days before posting date.
• Appear in content when needed; rights to use content in all formats.
• Travel to different stores to shoot content when necessary.
• Provide event coverage (photo/video) when required.
• Perform any other ad hoc duties assigned by supervisor.

3 days per week, 8 hours per day

Able to start in Jan 2027 (can commit 6 months)

Job Responsibilities:

• Social Media Management (Facebook, Instagram etc. responds, create and posting)
• Market trend research, competitor analysis.
• Prepare reports weekly, monthly and presentations summarizing research findings and recommendations.
• Content Curation
• Contents shall include static posts, carousel posts and reels; static/carousel posts shall be in the IG Feed and IGS specifications; reel shall include a cover image
• To propose caption along with the content
• Final artwork and caption shall be submitted at least 5 working days before the original scheduled posting date
• To appear as talent in the social content where necessary, granting the company absolute rights to use such content in any format including website and advertisements
• Be willing to travel to different stores to shoot content when necessary
• To provide event coverage (photo and/or video) when necessary
• Perform any other ad hoc duties when assigned by superior/reporting manager
