Job summary

PSA Singapore is looking for a full-time intern in corporate communications who will be responsible for content creation and social media strategy. The intern will gain practical experience in media production and analytics tools while contributing to high-impact projects in a global organisation.

The ideal candidate will have skills in video filming, editing, and marketing collateral design, along with strong communication abilities. This internship is a great opportunity to develop valuable skills in a dynamic environment.

Qualifications

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Communications, Marketing, Design, or related fields.
• Able to commit to a full-time internship for 6 months (part-time options may be considered).
• Proficient in video filming and editing.
• Skilled in content creation and design of marketing collaterals.
• Detail-oriented with strong communication skills.

Content Creation & Social Media

• Conceptualise and develop creative ideas for upcoming events and milestones.
• Support ongoing social media series across but not limited to LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, TikTok.
• Assist with analysis of social media performance using analytics tools; propose strategies for organic growth.
• Suggest new content formats and engagement strategies for emerging platforms (e.g. YouTube Shorts, Threads, X, etc).

Media Production

• Assist in producing multimedia content (video, audio, graphics) from concept to delivery.
• Coordinate and support media production projects, ensuring timely execution.

Corporate Storytelling

• Research and develop story ideas with brand strategy and industry trends.
• Write and edit content for internal and external platforms, including website, magazines, and social media.

Additional Responsibilities

• Support company events and milestone celebrations.
• Assist with website content updates and brand refresh initiatives.
• Facilitate port filming and media visits when required.
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks as assigned.
