Job summary

Tiger & Lotus in Singapore offers a paid social media & creative internship with hands-on mentorship. You’ll work closely with a designer, creating content, experimenting with AI, and shaping brand storytelling. The role emphasizes learning, portfolio-building and collaboration on real campaigns.

Location: Singapore. Internship allowance: SGD 800/month. Minimum commitment: 3 months. Apply with a sample portfolio or a personal project that shows your creative voice.

Qualifications

• Strong visual instinct and interest in art, interiors, fashion, jewellery, photography or design.
• Understanding of Instagram and short‑form content.
• Love for writing and storytelling.
• Curious about AI and emerging creative tools.
• Canva knowledge; Adobe skills are a bonus.
• Comfort with taking photos and videos.
• Independent but collaborative.

Responsibilities

• Shoot photos, videos and Reels in-store, at events and behind the scenes.
• Create content for Instagram and other social platforms.
• Collaborate with a designer on visual ideas and campaign concepts.
• Experiment with AI image generation and new creative tools.
• Write captions in the Tiger & Lotus voice.
• Create and update website copy and product descriptions.
• Assist with EDMs and newsletters.
• Help manage social and content calendars.
• Research visual trends, creators, sounds, campaigns and cultural ideas.
• Support launches, collaborations, shoots and in-store events.
• Turn products into stories, not just posts.
• Bring ideas we haven’t thought of yet.

Social Media & Creative Intern

Tiger & Lotus | Singapore Paid Internship: SGD 800/month Minimum commitment: 3 months

We’re not looking for someone to just “manage social media.”

We’re looking for someone who wants to learn how a brand is built visually, emotionally and creatively.

At Tiger & Lotus, you’ll work closely with a designer, with hands‑on mentorship throughout the internship. You’ll be encouraged to experiment, ask questions, bring ideas and understand the thinking behind the work, not just execute tasks.

This is for someone who notices details. Someone who saves interesting campaigns, takes photos because the light looks beautiful, plays with AI, writes captions in their head and is curious about why certain brands feel different.

What you’ll get to create

You won’t be sitting on the sidelines.

You’ll be involved in real projects for a growing independent brand and will see how an idea moves from a conversation to a moodboard, a photograph, a campaign, a website story and eventually something a customer sees.

You’ll work alongside a designer and receive mentorship, feedback and guidance throughout the internship.

You’ll have room to explore areas you’re particularly interested in, whether that’s photography, content creation, design, AI, writing, branding or storytelling.

We want you to leave with real work for your portfolio and a much deeper understanding of how a creative brand comes together.
