Job summary

PERSOL Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Creative Social Media & Content Marketing Executive on a 6-month contract. You will develop content across platforms, craft engaging posts and visuals, and help grow digital communities through storytelling.

Ideal candidates have 1–2 years in social media, strong writing and familiarity with major platforms plus Canva/CapCut/Adobe tools. Collaborative, detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or related disciplines.
• 1–2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing or communications.
• Strong writing, storytelling and content development skills.
• Familiarity with Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube.
• Experience using Canva, CapCut, Adobe Creative Suite or similar tools.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail.
• Comfortable working independently and with diverse stakeholders.

About the role

We are looking for a creative and proactive Social Media & Content Marketing Executive to join our team on a 6-month contract. This role offers the opportunity to contribute to meaningful campaigns, develop engaging content and help grow digital communities through impactful storytelling.

Key responsibilities

• Develop and execute content plans across corporate social media platforms


• Create engaging digital content, including social media posts, visuals, short-form videos and multimedia assets


• Monitor emerging trends, cultural conversations and industry developments to identify relevant content opportunities


• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to gather stories, information and campaign updates


• Coordinate content production schedules and deliverables with external partners and vendors


• Ensure content is delivered accurately, consistently and on schedule


• Support ongoing digital engagement and content marketing initiatives

About you

• Diploma or Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Business or related disciplines


• At least 1-2 years of experience in social media management, content creation, digital marketing or communications


• Strong writing, storytelling and content development skills
