Job summary

Minto Studios (S) Pte Ltd is seeking a proactive student or graduate to create weekly social media content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook, and to help plan bi-weekly blog posts or video content.

You will design graphics with Canva or Photoshop, edit short videos, engage with followers, and track performance to sharpen our content strategy. A marketing-related diploma or degree and strong English writing are preferred; basic CapCut or Premiere skills are a plus.

Qualifications

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Media or relevant field.
• Strong interest in Social Media Content.
• Basic knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere or any other video editing software.
• Good command of English and writing skills.
• Good time management and hardworking.

Responsibilities

• Brainstorm and plan creative social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook weekly.
• Develop and execute ideas for bi-weekly blog posts or video content.
• Design eye-catching graphics using Photoshop or Canva.
• Edit dynamic videos from Behind the Scenes footage (15s to 2m).
• Engage with the community by responding to comments and tailoring content.
• Analyze and track performance to improve content strategy.
• Document all posted content for archiving and reference.

Responsibilities:

• Brainstorm and plan creative, engaging social media content for TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook on a weekly basis.
• Develop and execute ideas for bi-weekly blog posts or video content that captivate and inform our audience.
• Design eye-catching graphics using tools like Photoshop or Canva to make posts stand out.
• Edit dynamic videos from “Behind the Scenes” footage, creating engaging clips ranging from 15 seconds to 2 minutes.
• Engage with our community by responding to comments and crafting content tailored to what our followers love.
• Analyze and track performance, leveraging insights and analytics to continuously improve our content strategy.
• Keep things organized by documenting all posted content for easy archiving and future reference.

Requirements:

• Pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Media or any relevant field
• Possess strong interest in Social Media Content
• Knowledge in digital marketing will be a bonus
• Basic knowledge of CapCut, Adobe Premiere or any other video editing software
• Good command of english and good writing skills
• Good time management skills
