Job summary

Grace Montessori is seeking a creative Social Media Content Intern to grow our Instagram presence and tell the stories behind our Montessori programmes and workshops. This part-time, hybrid role is ideal for students interested in content creation, education, or community-building, offering hands-on experience and a portfolio with real-world projects in Montessori education.

You will generate post ideas, craft captions, shoot and edit simple visual content, and help schedule posts to engage

• Able to write simple, engaging captions.
• Interest in Montessori education, children, parenting, or community-building is a plus.
• No prior professional experience required.

This role is suitable for a student interested in content creation, marketing, education, or social media.

Responsibilities

• Generate content ideas and Instagram post concepts.
• Create simple photo, video, reel, and carousel content.
• Help plan and schedule posts.
• Identify content opportunities during classes and workshops.
• Support efforts to:
  • Increase reach and engagement on Instagram.
  • Generate enquiries and registrations for programmes and workshops.
  • Build awareness of Montessori education and our learning community.
