Job summary

Volt Auto Venture Pte Ltd is seeking a creative Social Media & Content Executive to join our founding marketing team in Singapore. You will craft engaging content across TikTok, Instagram, Facebook and Little Red Book, shooting and editing videos, managing channels and covering events.

You will own content from idea to publishing, develop calendars for both brands and build captions that match each brand’s voice, while tracking performance to improve reach and engagement.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing, Film Production or a related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in social media, content creation, digital content, video production or a similar role.
• Proficiency in CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar tools.
• Strong creative and visual storytelling skills for engaging content.
• Portfolio or examples of previous work or social media accounts managed required.
• Valid Class 3/3A driving licence.

Responsibilities

• Develop creative and engaging content across social and digital platforms.
• Conceptualise, shoot and edit short-form videos for TikTok, Instagram Reels, Facebook and other relevant platforms.
• Create content around vehicles, technology, features, lifestyle, customer experiences, events and social media trends.
• Develop content that makes the brand and products accessible and relevant to Singapore audiences.
• Produce quick turnaround content for launches, roadshows, showroom activities and events.
• Take ownership of content production from idea through to final edit and publishing.
• Manage day-to-day social media content across the brands’ platforms.
• Develop and maintain content calendars for both brands.
• Write engaging captions, copy and social posts appropriate to each brand's tone of voice.
• Monitor comments, messages, engagement and relevant conversations.
• Track social media performance and identify opportunities to improve reach, engagement and content effectiveness.
• Stay up to date with TikTok, Instagram and other social trends, formats and platform developments.
• Support livestreams, product walkarounds, Q&A sessions and other live content.
• Assist with livestream planning, scripts, setup and production.
• Be comfortable appearing on camera when required.
• Work with Sales, product specialists, management, influencers and other personalities to create engaging automotive content.
• Identify opportunities to turn livestreams and longer-form content into short-form social assets.
• Attend and create content at launches, roadshows, showroom events, test drives and customer activities.
• Capture real-time photos and videos for social channels.
• Produce quick-turnaround Reels, TikToks, Stories and other content during events.
• Work closely with the team to ensure event content supports the wider campaign objectives.
• Support influencer and KOL collaborations across both brands.
• Research relevant Singapore creators and identify potential collaboration opportunities.
• Coordinate content requirements, shoots and deliverables with creators and agencies.
• Monitor influencer content performance and identify learnings for future collaborations.
• Track performance across social platforms and provide regular insights.
• Identify which formats, topics, hooks and creative approaches are driving the strongest results.
• Continuously test new content ideas and formats.
• Work closely with the Performance & CRM Executive to identify opportunities to turn high‑performing organic content into paid media assets.
