NEW NANYANG CONSULTANCY PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a proactive Social Media and Client Services Executive on a full-time basis, based in Buona Vista.

You will manage social media communications and deliver excellent client support, helping to strengthen our online presence while ensuring high-quality service across interactions. The role requires hands-on content creation, timely responses, and coordination with internal teams.

Qualifications

• Experience in social media management or content creation.
• Proficient in written and spoken Chinese and English.
• Background in customer-facing roles with a service mindset.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and common social media tools.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Manage and update social media accounts across platforms.
• Monitor channels for inquiries and respond promptly.
• Schedule and publish posts to maintain engagement.
• Provide client services via phone, email, and queries.
• Maintain records of client interactions and filing system.
• Coordinate with internal teams to route queries.
• Prepare reports on social media and client service metrics.
• Assist with planning and onsite support for events and productions.
• Support general administrative tasks.
• Suggest ideas to enhance client experience and social presence.
