Beyond Consultancy Pte Ltd is seeking a Social Media Executive to build and grow our online presence. You will create content, manage social channels and engage with audiences, with opportunities to participate in seminars and events.

Qualifications

• Diploma in Marketing, Mass Communications, Digital Media, Communications, Business or related fields.
• Fresh graduates are strongly encouraged to apply.
• 1-2 years of social media or digital marketing experience is an advantage but not essential.
• Proficiency in Canva or similar design tools.
• Familiarity with Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Basic video editing skills.
• Good written and spoken English.
• Good understanding of visual storytelling and social media content.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
• Knowledge of Meta Ads Manager or email marketing tools is an advantage.
• Experience in financial services, wealth management or lifestyle branding is a bonus.

Responsibilities

• Create and publish engaging content for Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn and TikTok.
• Plan weekly content themes and assist with the monthly content calendar.
• Create Reels, short-form videos, carousels, graphics and other social media content.
• Use Canva or similar tools to create attractive and on-brand visuals.
• Write engaging captions and social media copy.
• Assist with photography and video recording during events and activities.
• Manage and maintain the company's social media accounts.
• Monitor comments, messages and audience engagement.
• Keep up with current social media trends, viral content and popular formats.
• Monitor competitor activities and identify new content opportunities.
• Track basic social media performance such as reach, engagement and follower growth.
• Suggest new ideas to improve our online presence and audience engagement.
• Support marketing campaigns, seminars, webinars and career events.
• Assist with client appreciation events and company activities.
• Create promotional content before, during and after events.
• Work with our advisors and internal team to develop interesting stories and content.
• Assist with recruitment and lead-generation campaigns.
• Support other marketing projects and ad-hoc assignments when required.
