Million dollar listing SGpropnex.com is seeking a proactive content writer to craft engaging, SEO-friendly real estate content for long and short formats. You will research trends and news across Google, YouTube, and TikTok while planning editorial calendars to power our social channels.

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communications, or equivalent work experience.
• Knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web content best practices preferred.
• Passion and knowledge on writing informative content for real estate.
• Ability to inject personality into written content.
• Strong writing that sells and digital/social media marketing experience.
• Able to communicate briefs with confidence.
• Strong reading comprehension and critical thinking.
• Distill complex content into simple, engaging ideas.
• Familiar with short-form content (Reels, Shorts, TikTok, LinkedIn video).
• Comfortable working independently and meeting weekly deadlines.

Requirements:

• Preferably (but not a must) with a diploma or degree in English, Journalism, Mass Communications or a related field, or equivalent work experience.
• Preferably (but not a must) with some knowledge of SEO, keyword research, and web content best practices. (Proper training will be provided)
• Passion and knowledge on writing informative content for real estate.
