Job summary

VISION M PTE. LTD. is seeking a versatile Videographer / Video Editor who will engage in real estate content creation and hands-on property activities in Singapore. The role blends media production with practical property-related tasks to provide real-world exposure to the real estate market.

You will craft videos for property listings and social platforms, edit clips for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook and YouTube, and support photography and marketing efforts within a hybrid work setup.

Qualifications

• Strong storytelling with good aesthetics.

We are looking for a versatile and driven individual to join our team.

This is a hybrid role combining videography, video editing, social media, administrative work and hands‑on real estate activities.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Film property videos, Reels and social media content
• Video content creation
• Edit short-form videos for Instagram, TikTok, Facebook & YouTube
• Create property listing and educational content
• Assist with photography and content production
• Manage and organise photo/video assets
• Assist with social media and marketing activities
• Handle basic administrative and operational tasks
• Participate in real estate‑related activities such as property viewings, site visits, market research and property marketing
• Assist with other real estate‑related projects and business development activities

WE’RE LOOKING FOR SOMEONE WHO

• Has experience in videography and video editing
• Understands social media and short-form content
• Has a good eye for aesthetics and storytelling
• Is proactive, organised and willing to learn
• Is comfortable working both independently and with a team
• Has an interest in real estate and property
• Is willing to be involved in both content creation and real estate activities
• Experience with CapCut, Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro or similar

BONUS IF YOU HAVE

• Photography skills
• Social media management experience
• Basic graphic design skills
• Previous real estate experience
• A strong interest in Singapore's property market
