RAISE SG, the Singapore Centre for Social Enterprise, seeks a Social Impact Consultant & NGO Program Manager to lead multi-stakeholder programs in Singapore. You will design and evaluate social impact initiatives, manage grant portfolios, and collaborate with government agencies, NGOs, and corporate partners.

The role emphasizes impact measurement, ESG and SROI frameworks, and strategic partnerships to expand program reach and resources.

Qualificações

• 3–5 years of proven experience in social impact consulting, non-profit management, NGO program administration, or CSR.
• Strong track record in program design, impact measurement methodologies, grant management, and stakeholder engagement in Singapore or Asia-Pacific.
• Proficiency in project management tools, impact assessment frameworks, and data analytics software.

Responsabilidades

• Design, implement, and evaluate multi-stakeholder social impact programs, NGO capacity-building initiatives, and grant funding frameworks.
• Provide strategic advisory and social impact consulting services to non-profits, social enterprises, and corporate sustainability teams.
• Establish robust Social Return on Investment (SROI) and Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) frameworks to track project outcomes and measure community impact.
• Oversee program operations, project timelines, multi-million dollar grant allocations, budget compliance, and audit reporting.
• Facilitate high-level workshops, stakeholder consultations, and community engagement forums with NGO leadership, corporate donors, and government representatives.
• Prepare impact assessment reports, board presentations, quarterly program updates, and strategic policy recommendations.
• Build and nurture strong strategic partnerships across public, private, and social sectors to expand program reach and resource mobilization.

About the role

We are seeking an impact-driven, strategic, and collaborative professional to join our senior programs team in Singapore as a Social Impact Consultant & NGO Program Manager. Operating in a dual-capacity advisory and program management role, the successful candidate will oversee non-profit grant portfolios, design social enterprise frameworks, measure impact outcomes, and lead cross-sector community programs with government agencies, NGOs, and corporate partners.

Key responsibilities

• Design, implement, and evaluate multi-stakeholder social impact programs, NGO capacity-building initiatives, and grant funding frameworks.

About you

• Master's or Bachelor's degree in Public Policy, International Development, Social Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field.

• 3 to 5 years of proven experience in social impact consulting, non-profit management, NGO program administration, or corporate social responsibility (CSR).

• Strong track record in program design, impact measurement methodologies, grant management, and stakeholder engagement within Singapore or Asia-Pacific.

• Proficiency in project management tools, impact assessment frameworks, and data analytics software.

• Exceptional written and verbal English communication skills with strong presentation, facilitation, and negotiation capabilities.

• Passionate, empathetic, and strategic thinker with the resilience to lead complex, multi-stakeholder community projects under tight schedules.
