Job summary

Vilgain, a fast-growing international food brand, seeks a hands-on Social Media Manager in Singapore. You will shoot, edit and ship social-first videos across Reels, TikTok and Shorts, turning concepts into finished content.

You’ll work daily with the Social Media Manager and the creative team, bringing ideas to life with CapCut, Premiere Pro and After Effects, shaping authentic brand stories and driving engagement.

Qualifications

• Portfolio of social-first video work (Reels/TikTok)
• Experience creating advertising, brand or social video content
• Ability to independently shoot and edit short product videos
• Proficient with CapCut, Premiere Pro, After Effects
• Strong storytelling with rhythm, emotion and clear point
• Owner-ship mindset; self-motivated and proactive
• Able to make good decisions without a playbook

Responsibilities

• Shoot and edit short, engaging product ads and social-first video content for formats like Reels, TikTok, Shorts
• Collaborate daily with the Social Media Manager to turn briefs into finished videos
• Edit using CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and similar tools
• Work with on-camera talent to bring authentic stories to life
• Contribute editing ideas and visual touches to elevate concepts
• Collaborate with creative/brand/marketing teams to ensure content serves a clear purpose
