Job summary

Vilgain Inc. in Singapore is seeking a Social Video Editor to shoot and edit social-first video content, collaborating closely with the Social Media Manager and the broader marketing team to bring ideas to life.

You will own end-to-end production from concept through editing in CapCut, Premiere Pro, and After Effects, creating native-feeling content for Reels, TikTok and Shorts with a strong sense of storytelling and ownership.

Qualifications

• A portfolio that shows concrete social-first video work - ideally Reels, TikToks, other short-form brand content
• Experience creating advertising, brand or social media video content
• Ability to independently shoot and edit a short, engaging product videos
• Comfortable working with CapCut, Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects and similar tools
• Strong understanding of storytelling - rhythm, emotion, tension and a clear point
• You take ownership and don't need to be chased to finish things
• You make good decisions on your own, without a playbook to follow
• You'd rather get it right than just get it done

Responsibilities

About the team

You'll join Marketing, the team responsible for bringing Vilgain's brand and story to life across every channel - from social and performance content to longer-form brand storytelling.

You'll report to the Social Media Manager for Singapore and work closely with the creative, brand and marketing teams.

Your mission

Vilgain needs a steady stream of social-first video that stops the scroll - fast turnarounds, native formats. Right now that means someone who can take a concept and run with it: shoot it, edit it, and ship it. You'll own the execution side of that partnership as the Social Media Manager brings the ideas, you bring them to life.

Because the role involves close collaboration with the local team and regular content production and filming, we're looking for someone who is based in Singapore and can work closely with the team in person.

Your first 3 months
